ÉCLATINE Warranty & Care

IGI-Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds

All lab-grown diamonds used by ÉCLATINE are certified by IGI (International Gemological Institute), a globally recognized gemological authority.
IGI certification verifies each diamond’s authenticity, carat weight, cut, color, and clarity at the time of evaluation.

Lab-grown diamonds share the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds, offering identical hardness and durability. When properly cared for, they are suitable for everyday wear and designed to last a lifetime.

Each IGI-certified lab-grown diamond is carefully selected to meet ÉCLATINE’s quality standards and is set by experienced craftsmen to ensure secure settings and long-term wearability.

Certification Note
IGI certification reflects the diamond’s characteristics at the time of grading and does not constitute an appraisal or guarantee of future value.

Moissanite Quality Guarantee (GRA Certified)

All ÉCLATINE moissanite pieces include an official GRA certificate corresponding to the main stone size used in your jewelry.

Many designs feature multiple stones of the same size (for example, twelve 3mm stones). In such cases, GRA issues one certificate per stone size, not per individual stone—this is standard practice across the fine jewelry industry.

Your GRA certificate verifies:

  • D Color

  • VVS Clarity

  • Premium Cut & Brilliance

  • Stone Authenticity

This quality assurance is provided by the stone manufacturer and GRA.

Craftsmanship Warranty — 12 Months

ÉCLATINE offers a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects such as:

  • Improper stone setting

  • Loose stones caused by faulty prongs

  • Structural issues not caused by external force

Not covered under craftsmanship warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Bent prongs, bent posts, or misshaping due to pressure

  • Damage from dropping, impact, or snagging

  • Lost stones caused by impact or bending

  • Chain breakage due to pulling

If you believe your piece has a craftsmanship issue, please contact us with detailed photos.

Bracelet Clasp Policy

All ÉCLATINE bracelets undergo strict QC testing before shipment.
Only clasps that open, close, and lock securely during inspection are released.

Please note:

  • Bracelet clasps may loosen or become damaged due to pulling, bending, twisting, or sudden impact.

  • Such issues are considered wear-related, not manufacturing defects.

  • Therefore, clasp damage or malfunction caused by use or mishandling is not eligible for exchange or refund.

This follows standard practice in fine jewelry, as clasp performance depends greatly on how the piece is worn and handled.

Plating, Silver & Solid Gold Care

Our pieces are crafted from premium 925 sterling silver with protective white gold or rhodium plating, as well as 14K and 18K solid gold.

Please note:

925 Sterling Silver (Plated)

  • Tarnish, fading, or micro-scratches over time are normal characteristics of sterling silver

  • Exposure to water, sweat, perfume, cosmetics, sunscreen, or humidity may accelerate wear

  • These effects are not considered manufacturing defects

  • Customers may request an optional paid refresh service for re-plating or polishing after extended use

14K & 18K Solid Gold

  • Solid gold does not tarnish; however, minor surface scratches and natural wear over time are normal

  • White gold pieces are typically finished with rhodium plating, which may gradually wear with use and can be refreshed upon request

  • Exposure to chemicals or abrasive surfaces may affect the finish and should be avoided

  • Natural wear and surface changes are not considered manufacturing defects

With proper care, 14K and 18K solid gold jewelry is designed for long-term, everyday wear and can be professionally cleaned or refinished to restore its original appearance.
