Our pieces are made-to-order, which allows us to maintain high quality at a fair, reasonable price without unnecessary markups.
However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help under the following conditions:
1. Request Period
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

- Requests made after 3 days may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Product Condition
Because even a single scratch can significantly reduce the value of fine jewelry, all items must be returned:
- In the exact same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, undamaged, and unaltered
- With all original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories
If there are signs of wear, damage, missing parts, or any alteration, the return or exchange may be refused.
3. Size Exchange (Rings & Sized Items)
- For rings or other size-specific items, one-time size exchange is available.
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are only available for the same design, subject to availability.
4. Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or size issues,
all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. - If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days with photos, and we will review and assist accordingly.
