All lab-grown diamonds used by ÉCLATINE are IGI-certified, verifying authenticity, carat weight, cut, and clarity at the time of certification. Each diamond meets our quality standards and is crafted to be worn and treasured for a lifetime.
-Moissanite Quality
ÉCLATINE moissanite is GRA-certified, featuring D-color and VVS clarity. We do not use unverified or imitation stones. Each piece includes official GRA documentation to ensure transparency and quality assurance.
-Craftsmanship Warranty
ÉCLATINE offers a 12-month craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects, including loose stones or faulty settings, under normal wear conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
-Care Instructions
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and store each piece separately when not in use. Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap as needed.
Return & Exchange Policy
All ÉCLATINE by L‘ÉTOILE pieces are made-to-order so we can offer you thoughtful quality at a reasonable price.
However, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@eclatinebyletoile.com
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
- Any visible scratch, damage, or sign of wear may affect eligibility.
Size exchange (rings & size-specific items):
- If the size does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange when you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
