How to open and close your tennis bracelet

To close:
Gently push the main clasp until you hear a clear click, then secure both side safety clasps.
To open (important):
First, unhook both side safety clasps.
Then press down firmly on the metal part on top of the main clasp and gently pull the sides apart.
If it doesn’t open right away, please do not pull it open with force. Excessive force can bend or break the metal.
To keep your bracelet in good condition for a long time, always press the clasp first and open it slowly and gently.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
- Any visible scratch, damage, or sign of wear may affect eligibility.

- If the size does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange when you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
