All ÉCLATINE by L‘ÉTOILE pieces are made-to-order so we can offer you thoughtful quality at a reasonable price.
However, if you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@eclatinebyletoile.com
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all packaging and inserts included.
- Any visible scratch, damage, or sign of wear may affect eligibility.
Size exchange (rings & size-specific items):
- If the size does not fit, we offer a one-time size exchange when you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
